Common booking questions
What if I need more time?
Extensions are available by the week, subject to availability. Because our tote supply is limited, requests need to reach us by 11:59 PM on the third day of your rental. Totes kept past your pickup date without an approved extension are billed at $50 per day.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Nope. Just let us know a safe spot to leave the totes and we'll take care of it. You'll get an SMS notification when we're on our way.
What's included in every rental?
Delivery and pickup are always included. A dolly is included with 2-bedroom and larger packages, and can be added to a Studio/1BR rental. Prices are shown before tax.
Can I change my pickup date?
Yes — reach out before your scheduled pickup and we'll adjust. We're a local business and we're flexible.
